Network Administrator
The Network Engineer will be responsible for providing daily support to network infrastructure and the scope of work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, the following activities
Diagnose and resolve problems across a variety of hardware platforms and vendors including Cisco, HP, Linux, Checkpoint, and more
Identify automation opportunities as well as areas that can be improved to optimize the operation, Proficient Command line configuration, documentation and monitoring adjustments
Develop and maintain technical specifications, standards, procedures, and systems documentation; perform server installations, upgrades, and configuration changes
Installing, configuring, supporting and troubleshooting Enterprise Firewalls, Routers, Switches in an Enterprise WAN and LAN environments
Qualifications
Cisco/HP/Linux/Checkpoint; Enterprise Firewalls/Routers/Switches/LAN/WAN Environments; Network Monitoring Tools – Nagios, SolarWinds; Service Now; Kiwi CatTools; SSL Decryption, URL filtering, ACLs, NAT; VOIP; Service Now ticketing and Orchestration; VoIP systems, and QoS; Wireless security; Python scripting.
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications or IT related field is required
